Cancellation & Payment Policy

Payment

Payment is normally made after completion of the transfer, unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing. The fixed price shown in your booking confirmation applies to the selected route and vehicle.

Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be charged up to 50% of the confirmed price. A no-show may be charged in full.

Flight delays

We monitor the flight number supplied with the booking. Reasonable flight delays do not create an extra charge. Please keep your phone available and inform us when possible.

Waiting time

Airport pickup includes reasonable waiting time after the actual flight arrival. For non-airport pickups, complimentary waiting time is 15 minutes. Additional waiting may be charged only after communication with the customer.

Changes

Route, pickup time, passenger count or vehicle changes are subject to availability and may change the price. Contact us on WhatsApp at +212 694 050 022.
