Before your flight

After landing at Mohammed V
Complete passport formalities when applicable and collect every checked bag before making your way to the agreed meeting area. The “Navette Shuttle” landmark is a usual meeting reference for our CMN pickups when specifically stated in your reservation; it is not a universal meeting instruction for every terminal or flight.
If immigration or luggage takes longer
Keep your phone available after landing. If your baggage is delayed or you cannot locate the agreed point, message the team with your booking reference, the terminal or exit you are near, and your flight number. Do not leave for an unconfirmed pickup location.
Choosing your onward transfer
Casablanca city is a different trip from Rabat, Marrakech or Fes. A pre-agreed address helps us check the vehicle and fare. For medina accommodation, send the riad name and ask which entrance is accessible to a car; for a railway connection, give the exact station name.
