Before leaving the airport
After arriving, complete passport and baggage formalities and follow the meeting instructions confirmed for the booking. Notify the team if the flight, arrival airport or phone number changes.
Plan the arrival at your destination
A Tetouan medina riad may require a short walk from the nearest vehicle-accessible street. Ask the host for the recommended gate and share that point with the driver.
Arrival checks, traffic and road conditions vary. Allow margin rather than relying on a fixed transfer time.
Vehicle and luggage details
A sedan may be suitable for a smaller group with standard suitcases; a van may fit a larger party or bulkier items. Actual seating and boot capacity must be confirmed.
What to include in your booking request
Send the flight number, travel date, exact destination address, passenger count and size of luggage. Ask for the confirmed vehicle, fare and pickup details before travel.
Common question
Can the driver take me to the exact entrance?
The exact handover point depends on road access and the destination address. Confirm it with the team before the journey, especially for stations, historic districts and rural accommodation.
