Confort Line collects the information you submit in the booking form, such as your name, contact details, route, travel date, passengers and flight number, solely to answer your request and arrange transport.
Your information is used to confirm availability, communicate trip details, provide the requested service and comply with legitimate administrative obligations. Booking details sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy terms.
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the booking and related legal or accounting needs. We do not sell personal information. It may be shared only with drivers or service providers when necessary to fulfil your booking.
