Travel guides / Planning a Morocco airport transfer with children
Count all passengers and luggage
Include every adult and child in the passenger count. Tell the team about suitcases, strollers, baby bags and any large equipment. Vehicle capacity depends on both seating and luggage space, so choosing only by the number of travellers is not enough.
Ask early about child seats
State the children’s ages and relevant safety-seat requirements when requesting your transfer. Never assume a specific seat or size is included; availability and any associated arrangements must be explicitly confirmed with the provider before travelling.
Allow time at the airport
Travelling with children may take longer through immigration, baggage collection and the terminal. Keep the driver updated if your flight or arrival arrangements change, and use the meeting instructions sent for your booking.
Hotels, riads and last-mile access
For accommodation within a medina, ask the property about the nearest vehicle-accessible drop-off. Strollers and bags can make a short final walk more complicated; provide the full hotel or riad name in advance.
Frequently asked questions
Is a child seat automatically provided?
Do not assume so. Request the correct equipment with the child’s age and confirm availability and conditions before booking.
Does a stroller count as luggage?
Mention it separately with approximate folded dimensions so vehicle space can be assessed.
