Share the right flight details
Send the airline, flight number, scheduled arrival date and airport on your transfer request. Flight tracking can help with delays, but it does not replace a message from you about a changed flight number, airport or travel date.
When the flight is delayed
As soon as you know of a significant change, message Comfort Line with the booking reference and revised flight information. The pickup may need to be adjusted; the team will confirm the revised arrangement depending on availability and booking conditions.
When a flight is cancelled or rerouted
If the airline moves you onto another flight, verify the new arrival airport and date before asking to amend your transfer. A booking for CMN is not automatically a booking for RAK or RBA; a different airport may require a different trip and price.
After landing
Allow time for immigration checks, baggage and mobile connectivity. Only follow the meeting instructions sent for your actual booking, and keep your phone reachable in case the driver needs to contact you.

Does flight tracking mean I never need to contact the driver?
No. Always communicate cancellations, rerouting, new flight numbers and major changes; confirmation depends on availability.
Is waiting time unlimited?
No. Free waiting time and any later fees depend on the terms confirmed for your service; check your booking details.
